NDC Infrared Engineering has developed optimized measurements
for the CM710 On-Line Moisture Gauge for all types of detergent
powders:
- Phosphates
- Carbonates
- Zeolites
This measurement enables our customers to manufacture powders at
consistent moisture levels closer to the target moisture
specification than before.
Our Applications knowledge and our NIR unique filter
specifications ensure that the accuracy and stability of the
measurement provide the best and most rapid return on
investment.
Typically we measure moisture in the process immediately after
the spray drying tower, where the product contains both builders
and active detergent components.
Additionally, we can measure moisture in the Detergent Slurry
prior to injection into the spray drier using a special sight glass
in the pipe.
