For the Cookie (US), Biscuit (UK) or Cracker processing, a variant of the MM710e with a small measurement area and a special optical "Gating" system which ensures measurement only of the cookies and not of the conveyor between them. See details in the Biscuit and Cookie Application Note.

 

InfraLab FoodsThe InfraLab range of at-line analyzers uses the same NIR measurement technology as the MM710e but in a self-contained unit in which samples taken from the line are non-destructively tested in approximately 10 seconds.
