MM710e On-Line Gauges and InfraLab At-Line Analyzers for Moisture, Fat and Protein Measurements in Foods Applications

MM710e range of instruments. Available in single
or multi-component configurations, the MM710 makes non-contacting
measurements of moisture, fat or protein. The MM710e is delivered
pre-calibrated for your particular application(s), requiring only
minor adjustments to achieve agreement with your laboratory or

For the Cookie (US), Biscuit (UK) or Cracker processing, a
variant of the MM710e with a small measurement area and a special
optical "Gating" system which ensures measurement only of the
cookies and not of the conveyor between them. See details

The InfraLab
range of at-line analyzers uses the same NIR measurement technology
as the MM710e but in a self-contained unit in which samples
taken from the line are non-destructively tested in approximately
10 seconds.
